At the age of 0-7, our brains are in a state called ‘delta’. In this state, information is absorbed as sponges effortlessly.
This is when the left and right hemisphere of our brain harmonizes and our subconscious mind can easily accept new information or beliefs without repulsion.
This state is usually accessible just before you drop off to sleep and as soon as you wake up (the waking state) in the morning.
So, this is the best time to use meditation and visualization to slot into a new belief system.
